Lisa Zierenberg-Tacker to be honored with Angel Award' special achievement award on Dec. 14.

We are thrilled to announce that Lisa Zierenberg-Tacker will be receiving the James R. Zuckerman Special Achievement Award at the upcoming Angelwood Pictures' Angel Awards on December 14. This award is named after Angelwood Pictures' founder Seth Chitwood's grandfather, who was a strong supporter of the arts and always believed in encouraging others to chase their dreams.

Lisa embodies many of these qualities as she too is a supporter in helping to assist in making people's dreams a reality.

She is a hard-working individual who never hesitates to support her family's passions, including her son, Charlie Tacker, who has become a shining example of talent in the New England film industry since he could talk. As a supportive set-mother, Lisa has written the book "The Set Parent’s Handbook," on how to support your child on set, sharing her expertise with other parents in the industry.

Not only is Lisa a dedicated mother, but she has also been a valuable producer for our many productions at Angelwood Pictures such as "Luna, The Witch." She has opened up her home for filming and has gone above and beyond to ensure that our cast and crew have everything they need. Her calm demeanor and problem-solving skills make her an asset to any set. In addition to supporting us at Angelwood Pictures, Lisa is also a champion for student filmmakers.

She has been a valuable resource for our student films, always willing to offer guidance and support. Her belief in helping others thrive, regardless of their level of filmmaking experience, is truly admirable. Lisa is exactly the type of person we strive to align ourselves with at Angelwood Pictures.

Her selflessness and dedication to the industry make her a deserving recipient of the James R. Zuckerman Special Achievement Award. Please join us in celebrating her accomplishments at the Angel Awards on December 14. We look forward to honoring her and highlighting her contributions to the film community. Congratulations, Lisa!
